The Fighting Stance & Stripping Away Bad Tactics.

Recently I attended my second class taught by Rich Nance of Wartac CQC. As was the case the first time, I came away with a huge chunk of new knowledge. While at that class I made a huge leap forward in the much needed stripping away of bad tactics. When I was a cop I was filled with so much square range garbage that I'm amazed I made it through the armed confrontations I was involved.

Carrying my Glock 19 in a Bravo Concealment AIWB Drop Out of Sight Light Bearing Holster means that I've had to dramatically change how I fight - for the better. Why? Because it's forced me to learn new tactics. For years I've carried full sized weapons on my strong side and now I'm carrying a compact weapon in an AIWB position. This changes your speed in the negative somewhat. However, the positive to AIWB is that it dramatically increases your weapon retention and concealment capabilities. AIWB is also ideal for the moment where you find yourself scrapping with a turd because it places your weapon on the inside of your torso where a gun grab attempt can be easily redirected and defended against. The fighting stance plays a large part in this success. Have a look.

Tier 1 Citizen exclusively uses Bravo Concealment Holsters. There is no substitute for excellence.
