Bravo Concealment offers reliable, high quality, and durable products. This means that as long as you own your holster, you will be covered. So, if your holster ever breaks down for whatever reason, simply return it to our warranty center. We'll fix it or if we can't, we'll replace it at *no charge. We stand by our products for a lifetime. That's a guarantee you can stand by.

 

Customer is responsible for the packaging of all returned items, which should be wrapped in a suitable padded shipping material (such as bubble wrap, or craft paper), and placed into a suitable shipping container. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a completed Return/Exchange Form (RMA form). This form can be downloaded under the Returns link on the Bravo Concealment Website. Returns will not be accepted on merchandise that has been altered, laundered, modified in any way or mounted and/or fired. All returned items must be returned in full, which includes all accessories that were sent.

Return date eligibility is 30 days from date of received shipment; excludes apparel. If any item is purchased as a combo then all items must be returned from combo, no splitting of items allowed. Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller’s error. Bravo Concealment is not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned.
