I'll start with the quality of the product and holster is great (though I do have one suggestion to make the holster fit better).
I bought for a Glock 19 and 43. The pancake loops extend the "wings" of the holster significantly. The angle they extend relative to the holster is fixed. For folks with smaller waists, the pancake loops will not work. I have a 31" waist and where they connect with the belt is so far away from my body, they make the holster significantly MORE visible and bulky and the fit... well, it just doesn't work. I received some feedback from Bravo to consider using one and a regular loop for the other side. That places where the belt goes through the loop still way too far away from my body. I would think it would be a difficult fit even up to 34" or 36" waist.
They could potentially work, and the overall holster would be better, if the angled portion of the holster (where the loops, paddles, or pancakes attach) had a "regular" and "thin" person option. The "thin" person option would have a sharper angle to accommodate the tighter circumference of a thinner build.
Regardless, it would be helpful to have a note in the pancake loop description that it will not work well for side (normal) placement for people with waists less than __ inches.
