I cracked my pancake clips (mostly my fault I suspect) and they quickly replaced them along with guidance for how to avoid additional issues.

Bravo Concealment produces a great holster, I must have 8/9 different holsters of various configurations.
The holster I just receive was a replacement for a cracked IWB holster, first issue I have ever had with a Bravo Concealment product!
Customer service was fantastic, I sent them an email with a photo, showing the issue, was contacted the next day and a replacement was on its way the day after, Thank You Bravo Concealment!!
I received the holster as ordered. At this point I am pleased with the fit, function, and quality of the product. The delivery was quick and uneventful. My only wish is that it came standard with the metal belt clips, but for the price you can’t go wrong.
The inside the waistband holster arrived and has fit my forearm correctly. It’s comfortable and I always use it daily.

I ordered the iwb holster for a G45 with the wing attachment and I’m glad I did. Doesn’t print like I thought it would and it’s comfortable enough to where I don’t even notice it doing day to day things. I highly recommend it.
Received Glock 19 OWB holster. Cannot adjust retention, screw just moves up and down in slot, can’t tighten it. Gun does not go all the way into holster

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the retention adjustment and the fit.
Our holster will require a deliberate pull and push; if the retention is too tight, removing the retention screw would make a difference. If it is too loose, setting the retention screw closest to the trigger guard on a non-light should tighten retention and farthest from the trigger guard on a light-bearing holster.
If you are still having issues, we recommend checking your setup to rule out any other issues before suggesting a replacement. One common cause of retention problems is an incorrect setup. This can include aftermarket slides, frames, lights, and taller or wider sights.
If you continue to have issues, please feel free to provide us with pictures of your gun (front and back) on a flat surface next to the holster, and I will have one of our techs review it and get back to you with a solution.

Wondering why you are not making left handed options. This seems to be a problem with alot of companys. Please rethink this and do left handed as well as right.

Thank you for contacting Bravo Concealment. At this time, while we would love to add more left models and accessories to our lineup, there is no set timeframe for when or if we will be able to do so. We have a limited selection of left-handed holsters. We currently only offer non-light options for the G19, 23, 32, 43(X/MOS), 45, and MR920. Developing new products requires significant time and resources, and we must carefully evaluate each potential addition to ensure it meets our quality standards and customer demand.

The Bravo holster feels comfortable and has a sleek design. It does come snug, so it may need minor adjustments. It has been a good replacement for a different brand that was too bulky.
Makes it almost disappear. I was sent a replacement within a week. Solid holster and the wing makes it that much better!!
