Received Glock 19 OWB holster. Cannot adjust retention, screw just moves up and down in slot, can’t tighten it. Gun does not go all the way into holster

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the retention adjustment and the fit.
Our holster will require a deliberate pull and push; if the retention is too tight, removing the retention screw would make a difference. If it is too loose, setting the retention screw closest to the trigger guard on a non-light should tighten retention and farthest from the trigger guard on a light-bearing holster.
If you are still having issues, we recommend checking your setup to rule out any other issues before suggesting a replacement. One common cause of retention problems is an incorrect setup. This can include aftermarket slides, frames, lights, and taller or wider sights.
If you continue to have issues, please feel free to provide us with pictures of your gun (front and back) on a flat surface next to the holster, and I will have one of our techs review it and get back to you with a solution.

Wondering why you are not making left handed options. This seems to be a problem with alot of companys. Please rethink this and do left handed as well as right.

Thank you for contacting Bravo Concealment. At this time, while we would love to add more left models and accessories to our lineup, there is no set timeframe for when or if we will be able to do so. We have a limited selection of left-handed holsters. We currently only offer non-light options for the G19, 23, 32, 43(X/MOS), 45, and MR920. Developing new products requires significant time and resources, and we must carefully evaluate each potential addition to ensure it meets our quality standards and customer demand.

The Bravo holster feels comfortable and has a sleek design. It does come snug, so it may need minor adjustments. It has been a good replacement for a different brand that was too bulky.
Makes it almost disappear. I was sent a replacement within a week. Solid holster and the wing makes it that much better!!

I can't review the metal clips because they sent me the wrong ones. I had to send them back and paid an additional 8 dollars to ship back. Now I'm waiting for a refund.

This is my second custom made holster from Bravo Concealment; the fit is perfect and works as advertised.
This is my second OWB and it is exactly what I was looking for my current gun model.
The ergonomics, individual tightening screws, and profile are just what I need for a double mag pouch.
I bought my first torsion holster for my gen 4 Glock 19 and never looked back till I bought my new Gen 6 Glock 17 and I had to have the torsion holster to carry

I've wasted a lot of money on holsters but this one is the best. IWB holsters just simply aren't comfortable to me no matter what. For an OWB this one hardly prints at all yet doesn't dig into my side.
