Active Killer: Things You Didn't Think About
Here are some very sobering things to consider before you allow yourself to go into full on fantasy mode. I know where you are because I used to have this solid idea of what I thought I was gonna do should bullets start flying. Having been a cop and knowing what I know about going at armed people I can tell you that the reality of your plan may need some revising. When you decide to wade into the fight you might make a mistakes(s) that could cost you your life.

Great info
That why we need to constantly train realistic base scenarios. Besides going to a range to shoot live ammo, we should include scenarios with airsoft or sim munitions to test our skill and reactions under stress.
This is more fantasy. Please recount how many times the “good guy” has been gunned down by FOS LEO. However, yes it is a great idea to train train train and present as a non-threat. Didn’t happen in Sutherland Springs, Oregon college, yesterday in Springfield MO, you get the idea. I don’t mean to imply that it couldn’t happen or has never happened, I just don’t believe it fits well in reality of statistics.
On a separate note, and partly because I do believe it could happen, but more importantly because I have a family, I will only cover my family and myself. If you’re not armed and ready to provide your own defense, it ain’t going to be me.
Great video I’ve shared it with all of the people I know who carry thank you for the great information
Thanks for the GREAT video. It’s certainly something I hadn’t thought about.
I had thought about police thinking I would be the bad guy in this situation but not about another civilian also having a gun. Great video thanks.
Mr Miranda, you are spot on sir
Good video! Very informative.
GREAT points Abner. You must maintain ‘S-A’…situational awareness LONG AFTER the initial fight has taken place, cognizant of WHAT to do after the bad guy’s down. It’s now time to plead your case, as although the aggressor in taking the BAD guy down, nobody may know that unless there are witnesses. Maintaining ‘clear’ thought AND speech under such a rush of adrenaline and high-energy dump SHOULD BE practiced…as one never knows how you’ll deal with it when that time comes
very good info to know Iam a new carry gun owner. never thought about seconds after a justifiable shooting this video, to remember could possibly save my life.here in w.v. we have open carry.I definitely need training here in w,v, on different scenarios.
Mr. Miranda I give you a 10 on this video . Best I’ve ever seen now I know thanks to you.
