Close-Quarter-Combat Transitions

In this drill I attempt to drive the point home that shooting at multiple targets is the ideal way to train. I make this point not because I believe that I am going to take on multiple attackers as the norm, but because trying for such a thing is more challenging than shooting at a single static target.

It bears noting that shooting steel this close is dangerous and should be entered into with clear forethought of that danger. Also, it bears noting that my targets are in good repair and are free of dings that would cause the rounds to kick back at the shooter and cause injury.

As has been my contention in recent years, I still believe that IWB is the most effective way to deeply conceal a weapon so that others are not easily able to notice it on your person. It also bears noting that the reason I point this out over an over is because going armed is not something to be taken lightly. It is a burden that you have to dedicate yourself to. If you intend on being a defender of those around you you have to be able to repel an attack from a distance.

I'm using a Bravo Concealment DOS Holster with my Glock 19 Gen 3.
