This is a rather self explanatory video but it needs a quick coating of assurance. Assurance that I DO NOT MEAN that one can be sloppy in their attention to the details when employing a firearm for self defense. Accuracy in certain arenas like CQC are required to be fast and a little loose. When you're "fighting in the hole" you don't have time to find that perfect shot.
