I bough this power cap several years ago and have been using it every winter for something like 5 or 6 years. It's been through several rifle classes with me where we've ended up in the mud, rain, snow and sleet for hours at a time. Never once has it failed and it wasn't until last winter that I needed to finally change the batteries (4 Lithium CR2032). I've been more than impressed with it and have now purchased another one. I've given them as gifts because they're the kind of thing that you can't realize how useful they are until you actually try one. BTW they also make ball cap versions of these for the summer months.
