Why Say The Word "And" Or "Aim" Before Firing A Round

I'm starting this video explanation off with a shot across the bow. It seems that the discipline of aiming is passé, at least to some. As a firearms instructor I find that I constantly have to slow my students down and remind them that aiming is rather important - sort of. Recently my daughter asked me to teach her again. After a six yeahs hiatus from shooting she finally has come back around and is getting a stark reminder of just how hard it is to put a bullet where you're looking.

So, to simplify all of this I've started adding the word "and" before and after each fired round, and also after the final round is fired. You'd be amazed at how effective it is to say the word "and" or "aim" before firing a round. Try it, it works.
