Many have asked questions: "Can you make this holster for this weapon setup..." or because our holsters have that human touch; "Can it be molded this way..." and so many other variations of customizations. 

Our customers may already know some of the names here at Bravo but today we will only focus on one name: ZEE "The Man!"

Q: Hello Zee!  How long have you been with the team and what do you do? 

A: I have been with the Bravo Team since early 2012, In the beginning I would do different parts of the production process. I would mold the holsters, markup the lines, and finally cut all the molds and prepare them for the next person in the production line. Later I learned the entire production process just in case a team member was out on emergency so I would fill in so production wouldn't stop. As the years went on I moved up in the ranks as our team grew in size. Currently I am Lead Production Tech and Production Supervisor. I oversee the entire production process and have trained several of the guys in the production team. We all make sure that your holster is up to the highest of Bravo's Standards.

Four years of hard work and dedication does pay off. Don't forget a little natural skill goes a long way. Flattery aside... 

Q: What is your favorite thing about working and growing with Bravo Concealment?

A: I have practically been with Bravo since the beginning so I have seen the many stages of growth. My favorite thing about being a part of this Family is making sure that our customers get the highest of quality for their personal protection. I want their weapons to be dependable and readily available if they ever need to protect themselves or their loved ones.

The future looks bright and with your hard work Bravo Concealment will remain a top contender in the holster world. I am sure a lot of our readers are wondering...

Q: What is your everyday carry gear?

A: Me, I carry a Glock 19 in a DOS holster and my backup is a Glock 27 also in a DOS holster. In my pocket I carry a Microtech Combat Troodon. Other gear just depends on the situation.

A: I would like to share a personal philosophy. Its not all about what you love to do, its about your efforts to achieve success in what you do.
