Is there a way to stop mass shootings? Can we foresee the future like in “Minority Report”? The answer to that is “NO” There is no way to speculate who is ready to do major damage with a firearm and carry out a disarming of an individual without violating our Second Amendment. We need to keep things real and understand that the only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.
