Lack of commitment. That is the whole reason why you donʼt carry. Sorry if I didnʼt sugar coat this but I wanted to get to the reason why. All other excuses are not permitted other than you canʼt carry because itʼs illegal where you live OR you physically, for whatever reason, are not capable to draw and shoot your gun.
